Organic Sourcery is a curated wellness and organic lifestyle store. The products available through our Store are sourced from trusted third-party suppliers. Organic Sourcery does not manufacture the products sold on this platform. We curate, select, and present products we believe meet our standards for quality, purity, and botanical integrity. We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Organic Sourcery reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. Once an order is accepted and processing has begun, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
SECTION 4 — PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes unless expressly stated. These are calculated at checkout or are the responsibility of the customer for international orders. You warrant that all payment information you provide is accurate, complete, and authorised for use.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Our Store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Organic Sourcery. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and Organic Sourcery and is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase.
