This notice sets out who we are and how we trade, as required by section 43 of the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA). It applies to every purchase made through organicsourcery.store.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. Legal documents must be delivered to the address for service above; documents sent by email alone are not accepted as formal service.
What We Do
Organic Sourcery is a curated sourcing platform, not a manufacturer. We find, vet and bring to you organic rituals for skin, hair, body and home, sourced from trusted third-party suppliers who make and dispatch each product.
Each product page sets out its ritual, its benefits, how to use it, its full ingredient list and its standards. Our products are cosmetic, aromatic and household goods for everyday use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
Prices, Payment and Security
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. The full price of each product is displayed on its page. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay; customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are payable by you on arrival.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). All payment information is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. Organic Sourcery never sees or stores your full card details.
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. You may review, correct or abandon your order at any point before you complete payment.
Delivery, Cooling-Off and Returns
Delivery. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination. A small number of rituals ship within the United States only; these are marked on their product pages. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Cooling-off right. Under section 44 of ECTA, consumers in South Africa may cancel an online purchase without reason or penalty within 7 days of receiving the goods. The only charge is the direct cost of returning them. Refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation. This right does not apply to goods that by their nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate, such as opened personal care products.
Returns. Beyond the cooling-off period, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Privacy, Intellectual Property and Disputes
Privacy. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). How we collect, use and protect your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property. All text, images, logos and design on this website are owned by or licensed to Organic Sourcery and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Disputes. If something is not right, contact us first at admin@organicsourcery.store and we will work to resolve it within 10 business days. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the National Consumer Commission or, for data matters, the Information Regulator.
Governing law. This notice and all transactions on this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of every agreement with you.
