Digital Rituals

Our guides, journals, courses and bundles are available worldwide and delivered instantly by download after purchase — no shipping, and no shipping cost. Because they cannot be returned once accessed, all digital products are final sale and non-refundable. If your download does not arrive or a file will not open, email us and we will send you a working copy.

How We Ship Physical Products

Our physical rituals are the companions to our guides. We source them from trusted organic suppliers, who ship them directly to your door.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@organicsourcery.store.

Returns — Physical Products

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Opened personal care products, opened teas and consumables, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, email us at admin@organicsourcery.store with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our written approval before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Physical orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.
