SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Organic Sourcery. We are committed to getting your ritual essentials to you safely, carefully, and as quickly as possible.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends. During high-demand periods (product launches, seasonal campaigns), processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays by email.
2. SHIPPING
We ship to selected countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We currently ship to:
- United States of America
- Australia
Please note: a small number of rituals ship within the United States only. These are clearly marked on their product pages, and checkout will only offer shipping to the destinations available for the items in your cart.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For all orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Organic Sourcery is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges levied by your country's customs authority.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at admin@organicsourcery.store. Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of any damage. We will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS
Organic Sourcery is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather events, or any other circumstances outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon handover to the courier.
