Alchemy Credits

Alchemy Credits are the store credit balance held on your account — gathered through returns, gifted by us, or given for referring a friend to the circle.

Any balance on your account is applied automatically at checkout, reducing what you pay on your next order. There's nothing to redeem manually and nothing that expires quietly — it simply sits ready in your account until you next visit the lab.

To see your current balance, visit your account. If you believe a credit is missing, reach out through our contact page and we'll look into it.
