Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
Welcome to Organic Sourcery. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. We have written them in plain language because we believe clarity builds trust.
1. About Us
Organic Sourcery is an online curated sourcing platform. We do not manufacture products - we source and curate them from trusted organic suppliers worldwide and facilitate their delivery directly to you. Our registered business operates from South Africa.
2. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All prices are displayed in your local currency where applicable and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Transactions are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment infrastructure. We do not store your card details.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally. Orders are fulfilled directly from our suppliers and typically delivered within 15-30 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local customs. Organic Sourcery is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at OrganicSourcery@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at OrganicSourcery@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at OrganicSourcery@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
7. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredients, and images are accurate. However, as a sourcing platform, product details are provided by our suppliers and may occasionally vary slightly from what is displayed. If you have specific ingredient concerns or allergies, please contact us before purchasing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, collection images, logos, and brand assets - is the property of Organic Sourcery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission. All product images are the property of our trusted suppliers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Organic Sourcery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using any wellness or supplement products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is collected solely to process your order and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Contact Us
