Distillation

A seven-part weekly reset that begins with rest, closes the old week, resets the home and prepares a calm start, so the new week arrives with less dread.

At a glance

• What it is: a weekly reset ritual with twelve weeks of reset pages
• Who it's for: anyone who feels the end-of-weekend weight of the week ahead
• What you'll do: rest first, then review the week, reset the home in short steps and plan a gentle start
• Time: 45–90 minutes once a week, on whichever day suits you
• Format: 23-page PDF, A5, tappable contents
• Good to know: if the dread is persistent or overwhelming, please talk to someone you trust or a professional

The origin

Distillation was the alchemists' gentlest art: warming a mixture slowly so that only what is clear rises and is kept. We researched weekly review practice and the long human habit of setting one day apart for rest, and refined them in the lab into a reset that works alongside any faith, family rhythm or work week.
